How we work

Four stages from tryouts to trophy lifts.

Each engagement is built around measurable reps. You get a coach, an analyst, and a schedule — not a vague promise.

01

Roster Scouting & Tryouts

Three-week structured tryout blocks with role tests, ranked-decay tracking, and personality fit sessions so you build a five that actually holds under pressure.

3-week block · from A$1,900 per roster
02

VOD Review & Coaching

Weekly 90-minute reviews with frame-tagged demos, macro round breakdowns, and individual homework clips delivered inside 24 hours of each scrim.

Weekly 90 min · from A$220 per session
03

Scrim Blocks & Team Ops

We schedule opponents, run the practice calendar, manage subs, and keep a shared playbook so your captains can focus on calling instead of admin.

Ongoing · from A$1,400 per month
04

Tournament Ops & Bootcamps

On-site bootcamps at our Hardware Lane facility with hardware, comms, nutrition, and a match-day producer for qualifiers, majors, and LAN finals.

Per event · from A$3,600

Player & org feedback

What teams say after a full split with us.

We went from bubble team to a top-four qualifier finish in one split. The VOD tagging alone changed how our IGL reads mid-rounds.

Liam H.
Team Captain, Valorant · Carlton, VIC
March 2025

The tryout framework saved us from a bad roster decision. Every player was tested on the exact roles we needed before we signed.

Sofia R.
Org Manager, CS2 · Fitzroy, VIC
November 2024

Bootcamp week at Hardware Lane was the most organised prep we have ever had. Comms, food, and match-day producer were all handled.

Ethan W.
Support Player, League of Legends · Southbank, VIC
August 2024

Priya’s opponent dossiers are genuinely next level. We walked into every scrim knowing exactly what to punish.
